Support
For those OBI Enterprise Edition 11g environments, did you know that support and bug fixes ended in December 2018 and extended support ended in December 2021? Additionally, Java 1.6 and 1.7, which usually coexist with OBI 11g, are also out of support.
For those OBI12c environments, only support for the latest version (12.2.1.4) is still alive, so most of them, unfortunately, will not be able to enjoy support and bug fixes, with the consequent risk.
Investment
On an economic level, customers with an active OBI support contract can migrate to OAC/OAS without incurring additional licensing costs, as long as the metrics are aligned with Oracle's licensing rules.
