9.2.5 Updates - Upgrade to success

Oracle invests strategically and periodically in its "Continuous Improvement" program to maintain its ERP as one of the undisputed market leaders, these JDE releases include enhancements to JD Edwards applications that:

- Drive the transformation of digital processes.
- Significantly improve user experience.
- Simplify and automate ongoing maintenance.
- Provide up-to-date platform certifications.

Technically

Virtual Batch Queues (VBQ)

JD Edwards improves the scalability, flexibility, availability and performance of UBE batches, allowing users to run and reprint jobs dynamically, on any available batch cluster server, and centralizing the output in a single repository to ensure accessibility no matter when or how the report was run.

Kernel Troubleshooting Automation

Automatic identification of faults in Kernel, capturing logs and call stacks and forwarding them by e-mail to the CNC team. Notifications include all the contextual information necessary for a quick resolution or for opening a Service Request with Oracle Support. Service Request with Oracle Support.

64-bit support

With this JDE release, full 64-bit mode support is extended to the following platforms:

User Experience

Enhanced Search Criteria and Actions for Enterprise Search

The search group continues to incorporate new enhancements. The option to filter by exact words has been added as well as the ability to export all the information related to our Key Word to Excel.

Improved Help

Users will be able to access not only online manuals but also UPK documentation that provides a more dynamic and visual help to resolve any type of query.

Assertion Frameworks for Orchestrations

Allows you to define data validation rules so that the orchestration itself can validate the data obtained and customize the messages returned.

Extend EnterpriseOne User Session to Externally hosted web applications

Enables session data sharing between JD Edwards and external applications for better service integration.
