RELEASE 25 Functional Upgrades

1.1 Ability to Assign Delinquency Fees to the Business Unit of Invoice

New enhancement designed to simplify the user experience. The Credit Analysis Refresh program has a new processing option that allows users to choose a business unit (BU) for accounting delinquency fees. This can be either the invoice BU or the BU specified in the customer's Address Book record.

1.2 Increased Range of Account IDs

Users from large companies and large businesses will love this! This feature increases the range of Account IDs by allowing alphanumeric Account IDs. The main benefits:

• Increase account range
• Reduce the frequent purging of accounts
• Maintain a longer history
• Include the accounts from acquisitions and mergers

The setup is done via system constants, which are automatically created when the numerical value usage limit is reached. It can also be maintained via Next Numbers to adapt and create a starting series alternatively.

1.3 Ability to Edit Tax Information in Manual Billing Program (Real Estate)

2.1 Two-way voucher match automation

The functionality of the automatic voucher matching module has been expanded to include matches against order lines, thus allowing the automation of this task for all orders that do not require receipt.

Three new automatic matching rules have been created:

> 07: Exact match of invoice line with order line; no tolerance is accepted

> 08: Match of invoice line with order line; tolerance is accepted (P4322)

> 09: Match of invoice line against multiple order lines; no tolerance is accepted

These new rules are processed by the new report R4304017.

2.2 EOne Page: Procure to Pay and Warehouse Integration

This functionality enhances Procure to Pay operations by providing greater visibility into the warehousing process, which maximizes efficiency and helps maintain accurate stock. It also adds charts for three critical KPIs: Putaway cycle time, Putaway accuracy and bin utilization.

2.3 Procure to Pay Process Model Template

This template, which is part of the Process Modeler tool, allows you to generate process flows that adapt to the organization's activity rules, helping to identify problems that may affect objectives and KPIs.

3.1 License Plate Usability Enhancements

Recent updates improve the user experience in the License Plate Workbench application, adding visibility by date and time, as well as options to search and filter using those columns. New features have also been added to enable more efficient management of license plate information for single items.

4.1 EOne Page: Order to Cash and Warehouse Integration

This new functionality enables the creation of workflows that leverage the organization's real-time data to coordinate the sequence of tasks more effectively. This improves the visibility of orders at key stages, ensures that they are fulfilled on time, and facilitates the identification of problems that could affect KPIs.

4.2 Order to Cash Process Template

A template is introduced to generate process flows based on real-time data. This tool helps to control and coordinate tasks and improve visibility of orders throughout the process.
