1. Financials
1.1 Enhanced A/R Statistical History Refresh (R03B16A) for Large Data Sets
This report for statistical generation of customer data is used by most companies to analyse data, such as DSO, sales volume, payment trends, etc. In its commitment to continuous improvement, and in response to a repeated request from customers, JD Edwards has improved performance when working with a large volume of information.
1.2 Poland - Enhance Split VAT Payment to Process All Correct Vouchers
The processing of the VAT report (R704012) has been enhanced when splitting the payment of vouchers, to avoid stopping the process if any supplier's setup is missing. With this improvement, the report can be run in the scheduler with a wider data selection Until now, when there was an error, the process was stopped, causing a manual review of the process. With this new enhancement, work is more efficient as the process continues, and only the report output would need to be reviewed to correct possible errors.
2. Procurement
2.1 Automatic Update of Outside Operation Purchase Orders
With this new enhancement, outside operation purchase orders will be automatically updated when modifying any quantities or dates of a routing instruction. This eliminates the necessity to replicate the changes manually, saving time and ruling out any possible data entry errors.
3. Transportation Management
3.1 Usability Enhancements for Transportation Management
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne continues to deliver customer-focused enhancements to support transportation management. The latest updates aim to improve the overall user experience and expand functionality. New features include options to validate actual shipment date on transportation shipment confirmation, separate partial shipments into new lines, clean up loads to improve performance when processing loads, and expand the dimensional weight factor field to support metric dimensions when evaluating shipments. Usability is improved by simplifying the operation of media objects for the Work with Shipments program.
